At Diverge OT, we aim to provide high-quality and efficient OT assessments and reports to reduce the time NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) participants spend on waitlists.
We collaborate with individuals and their support networks to properly understand our clients' functional capacity, values and perspectives. Our vision is to ultimately enhance our community members' ability to achieve their goals and engage in desired and meaningful occupations.

Hi! My name is Sarah. I'm an Occupational Therapist living in Tasmania, with experience in the NDIS sector, acute hospital and mental health settings. I have lived experience as a neurodivergent person and love to connect with others both similar and different to myself.
I value diversity and have a passion for occupational justice and striving for equality for all. I want to help others access the support they need and engage in occupations that are meaningful to them.

We currently offer Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs), which include:
- A face-to-face or telehealth assessment (whichever format works best for you).
- A high-quality and detailed FCA report to assist with plan reviews and advocate for appropriate service provision for NDIS participants.
